“It’s wonderful being able to work in my home community of Stamford. Waterstone on High Ridge is bringing a unique, new product that has been missing from the Fairfield County market. The level and variety of amenities, programs and larger apartment options, combined with the broad continuum of care is typically only available at entrance fee communities. The Waterstone offers luxury living and quality care options on a rental basis. This model does not require residents to tie up a major portion of their assets and future estate by paying a large up front “buy-in” fee,” said Ms. Philpott.
