STAMFORD, CT — An area resident is $12,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Tuesday, Carlington Hinds of Bridgeport won $12,708 playing a "PLAY4 DAY" game. The winning ticket was purchased from For Your Convenience in Stamford.
