Art after Dark Tonight, Costume Swap and Want to Learn More about Health Care Reform?
Five things to know on Tuesday, September 17.

- Today's supposed to be sunny, with a high near 66 and tonight is forecast to be clear, with a low around 43, according to the National Weather Service.
- Tuesday muni meeting: Planning & Zoning Comm. meets at 7 p.m. in Mystic Middle School.
- There’s a Health Care Reform Talk in North Stonington today. Randi Oster will discuss the Affordable Health Care Act, insurance, subsidies, Medicare and other topics at 2 p.m. at the Wheeler Library.
- There’s a Halloween costume swap or drop at the Stonington Free Library where they will collect children's Halloween costumes from Sept. 9-Sept. 28. All costumes must be clean, complete, and on a hanger with size marked, with a plastic (grocery store style) bag attached! They will have free shopping from Sept. 30-Oct. 5. Any leftover costumes will be donated. Call the Library at 860-535-0658 with any questions.
- There’s Art after Dark tonight at the Mystic Art Center. Art after Dark is a family-friendly summer concert series with music by Happy & the Moonshine and live art by Clancy Philbrick; beer and pizza provided. If it rains, the party moves inside. Call (860) 536-7601 for more details.
