Mystic -- The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce announced Monday the winners of its Holiday Lighted Boat Parade.
The event was held on Saturday at Mystic River Park. The announced winners are as follows:
- Best Dressed: Carey Ann
- Most Innovative: Karma
- Most Charismatic Crew: Kariann
- Miss Mystic of Grandeur: Fish n' Chicks
- Holiday Spirit: The Sparkling Sleigh
