Mystic Home Sells At Highest Price Of 2019

A waterfront home has sold for the highest recorded price in New London County so far this year.

MYSTIC, CT - The most expensive sale in New London County thus far in 2018 is the recently sold property at 4 Black Duck Road, which went for $2,632,500 April 8, according to a statement from Randall, Realtors.

The waterfront property is located on Mason's Island and provides ocean views from the south and east, and features a waterfront private dock with deep water access, heated pool with automatic cover and frog pond with stream. It also includes geothermal HVAC and solar electric panels.

“This gracious home is bright and beautiful,” Realtor Melinda Carlisle in a statement. “It promises to offer its new owners comfortable seaside living with sweeping water views, and incredible flow for modern living.”
