James P. Jeffrey, 92, of Wheeler Road, Stonington, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
Mr. Jeffrey was a retired lieutenant colonel in the US Air Force, a former zoning officer in Stonington and was also the owner/operator of The Pequot Plant Farm in Stonington.
