Olde Mistick Village Hosting Festival Of Lights Holiday Event
Olde Mistick Village will be hosting its annual Festival of Lights holiday event this week.

MYSTIC, CT - Olde Mistick Village will be hosting its annual Festival of Lights holiday event Friday, Dec. 8, from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Be filled with holiday cheer as over 6,000 luminaries light the walkway of the village and surrounding area.
The event is family-friendly, and both parking and admission are free, according to a release. Guests are invited to stroll 23 acres while enjoying holiday decorations and festivities.
Guests can find a gift for that special someone in over 40 unique stores, dine in one of several restaurants or catch a movie at the village cinema.

Complimentary refreshments will be available in the Meeting House from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., where guests can also listen to Ragtime Too! perform holiday songs in a variety of musical styles.
Outdoor entertainment will include Fly-by-Night Comedy Jugglers and the Festive Brass Ensemble playing holiday favorites from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Carolers from Stonington High School and the Tyl Middle School Chamber Choir from Montville will be singing holiday classics as they roam the village.
Mystic Aquarium will also offer free admission with the donation of a canned good during the festival. The aquarium will be open Dec. 8 from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and will also have activities that night.
