Police ID Fatal Canoe Accident Victim
A 50-year-old New London man died after he fell out of a canoe at Lake of Isles in North Stonington.
The CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Environmental Conservation Police have released the identity of the 50-year-old New London man who was pronounced dead at Lake Of Isles in North Stonington on Sunday, May 22, after he fell out of a canoe while fishing with his son.
The man has been identified as Peter R. Fajayan, Sr. of Farmington Ave., New London. His adult son, who was uninjured in the incident, is Peter R. Fajayan, Jr., of Uncasville.
