Stonington Arrests: April 17-20

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

April 20, 2013
A 17-year-old juvenile (name withheld) was charged with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
Chad White, 20, of 93 Gay Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged with driving without proper insurance, improper use of a marker, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Scott C. Rathgaber, 28, of 19 Cosmo St., Westerly, RI, was charged with  driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

April 19, 2013
Shannon M. Lewis, 29, of 6 W. Arch St., Apt. R, Pawcatuck, was charged with failure to drive right and driving while under suspension.
Ann Ottewill, 60, of Overland, Kansas, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

April 17, 2013
Tiffany P. Lamb, 27, of 50 Hempstead St., New London, was charged with speeding and operating while under suspension.
Danh C. Tran, 40, of Worcester, Mass., was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and unauthorized manufacture/sale of drugs.
Cindy Q. Huynh, of Worcester, Mass., was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and unauthorized manufacture/sale of drugs.
