Stonington Players Announce Open Auditions for "Tables & Chairs VI"

"Tables and Chairs" is Stonington Players' annual showcase of new dramatic works.

Stonington Players is holding open auditions for 26 roles -12 men, nine women, four characters of either gender, and one boy, age 12 - for “Tables & Chairs VI” on Sept. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Stonington Community Center Annex, 45 Cutler Street and on Sept. 16 from 7 to 9 p. m., also at the Annex.

This year’s offering, the sixth in the series, consists of 10 original, winning submissions recently selected for production. The plays each have no more than five characters, run no longer than 15 minutes and have minimal props beyond tables and chairs

Performances are  at the Stonington Community Center on Friday and Saturday, November 15 and 16 at 8 p. m. and Sunday, November 17 at 2 p. m. The production continues the following Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23, both at 8 p. m.
