Shannon M. Reed, 40, of 59 Granite Street #2 in Westerly, was charged with breach of peace.
Leonard Alan Racket, 59, of 46 Liberty Street #7 in Stonington, was charged with failure to appear 2nd.

Virginia B. Smyle, 70, of 15 Wilbur Hill Lane in Stonington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sarah A. Mazzio, 25, of 117 Water Street Apt. #3 in Stonington, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, improper us of high beam of light.
Harry Kyle Botseas, 41, of 18 Rose Lane in Stonington, was charged with failure to appear 2nd and failure to appear 1st
August 29
Kevin Scott Miller, 43, of 98 West Broad Street #22 in Pawcatuck, was charged with breach of peace.
