Derek Terell Powers, 29, of 527 W 4th Street in Chicago, Illinois, was charged with breach of peace

Anthony Martell Singleton, 24, of 6514 Ambriosa Drive Apt. 5115 in Ambriosa, Calif., was charged with breach of peace.

August 6

Michael James Dakos, 34, of 63 Lincoln Avenue in New London, was charged with improper use of marker, registration or license.

August 7

Cody C. Santos, 18, of 12 Elaine Street, was charged with third degree burglary and larceny sixth: theft from building
