September 16
Karen Joan Torromeo, 56, of 25 Old Mill Road in Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive right, traveling unreasonably fast.

Sean Patrick Donahue, 50, of 25 Orchard Street Apt. 17 in Stonington, was charged with breach of peace, criminal mischief 3rd, interfering with an officer.

Joshua Howard Peterson, 18, of 20 Old Mont Vernon Road in Amherst, N.H., was charged with injury/risk of injury/impairing the morals of children, weapons in vehicle, larceny 6th.
