Keith L. Foshee, 43, of 96 Woodland Drive Apt. D in Uncasville, was charged with improper use of marker, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle

John Emmett Gates Jr., 27, of 4 Terry Circle in Westerly, was charged with failure to appear 2nd.
