September 27

Gary B. King, 70, of 12 Whitehall Pond in Mystic, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Emily Mae Grills, 30, of 56 Spruce Street in Westerly, was charged with fugitive arrest without warrant.

September 28

Nicole M. Oliver, 23, of 43 Mechanic Street Apt 2 in Pawcatuck, was charged with larceny 6th shoplifting.

Norman R. Riley, 48, of 21 Huntington Street in Pawcatuck, was charged with stop sign violation, operation of a motor vehicle when registration is refused/suspended.

September 30

Brandon Michael Billian, 32, of 75 Nantucket Drive in Groton, was charged with larceny 6th from a motor vehicle, burglary 3rd.
