September 3

Monique M. Ternes, 24, of 44 Pierce Street Apt. 3 in Westerly, was charged with failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration, improper use of marker, registration or license, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to drive at reasonable distance.

Yao M. Zeng, 60, of 168 Post Road in Westerly, was charged with evading responsibility, failure to obey control signal, motor vehicle license violations (except motorcycle), operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

September 4

Kevin Scott Miller, 43, of 98 West Broad Street Apt. 22 in Pawcatuck, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Robert Francis Shea, 65, of 122 Cross Street Apt. D106 in Westerly, was charged with failure to pay or plead.

September 5

Trudy Renee Lee, 48, of 119 Thames Street in Groton, was charged with improper use of marker, registration or license, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.
