Stonington Police Logs: September 30 to October 4

The following arrest information was provided by Stonington Police Department and does not constitute a conviction.

September 30

Brandon Michael Billian, 32, of 75 Nantucket Drive in Groton, was charged with larceny 6th from a motor vehicle, burglary 3rd.

Kyle William Buck, 26, of 115 West Broad Street Apt. 2 in Pawcatuck, was charged with larceny 5th theft from a building.

Michael Allan Lipowski, 46, of 115 West Broad Street Apt. 1 in Pawcatuck, was charged with larceny 5th theft from a building.

Robert Anthony Henson, 31, of 7 Cedar Street in Pawcatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct.

October 2

Kathryn Rose Wiese, 18, of 452 Liberty Street in Stonington was charged with breach of peace.

A 14-year-old was charged with breach of peace.

Jason Scott Groves, 28, of 98 West Broad Street Apt 7, was charged with failure to appear.
