An open property near the Wallingford-Northford line sold last week for $1.4 million to a Stonington woman.
Property records at the Town Clerk’s office show that the owner, Nancy Esposito of Stonington, sold the property at 82 Anderson Road to a group called 82 Anderson Road LLC on March 28.
Weichert Real Estate had valued the property at $1.5 million, recent estimates show.
Multiple retail websites revealed that this was the site of the former Hidden Meadow Farm.
According to Trulia.com, the property is a farm/ranch location that also includes a two bedroom rural property. AOL Real Estate showed that the home was built in 1997 and that it sits on a property totaling 22.55 acres.
