Tawny Gagne Named Food and Beverage Director for Hilton Mystic

Hilton Mystic, home of The IRONS Restaurant & Bar, today announced that Tawny Gagne is named Food and Beverage Director.
For the past three decades, Gagne has been a vital team member at Foxwoods Resort Casino where she served as Director of Food and Beverage, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, and Restaurant Manager for Cedars Restaurant.
In her most recent role at the casino, Gagne oversaw 21.5 million in total food and beverage revenue in three separate outlets that serve over one million guests annually. She was responsible for operations at Paragon restaurant at the top of the Pequot Towers Hotel on the 24th floor, one of three Five Diamond award-winning restaurants in the state.

Gagne possesses broad experience in restaurant concept development and involvement with the successful opening of 32 new restaurants. She has extensive experience with multiple concepts and cuisines including, fine dining, casual themed restaurants, room service, and banquets. She was selected to be part of the opening Executive Team at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods.
