Wishing This Pawcatuck Dad A Happy Father's Day

PAWCATUCK, CT — Father's Day 2018 is right around the corner, and we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Connecticut to share their dads, whether the father figure in their life is their biological dad, stepdad or granddad.
Nicole Dupre of Pawcatuck sent in a photo of her husband, Michael, hiking at Barn Island with their son, Samuel, on a warm January day earlier this year.
"He is an amazing father to our son and has done so much for our family," Dupre said of her husband. "He always knows how to make Samuel laugh so hard it's contiguous! We love him very much."

Dupre also added that she and her husband are looking forward to their family growing, with a new addition on its way in November.
