Fit – Kit New Year Goal Plan Clinic- (Free) NEW!

Start the New Year off right with this FREE Demo Clinic. This free clinic will review the up and coming Parks and Recreation Classes that will be held at Superior Fitness with demonstrations so you can have a hands-on approach. We will review tips and strategies on how to plan for realistic fitness goals and stay focused! Now is your chance to make an achievable fitness plan for the New year.

“Who’s at fault for your Golf swing?”- FREE Community Lecture New!

This lecture will teach you how to understand the elements of the “classic” golf swing. We will review current research regarding fitness and golf. We will also review some common swing faults and associated body faults. This lecture is a must for all golfers to help reduce injuries while you are out having fun. The discussion will include ideas on how to improve your swing to maximize your golf and reduce risk of injury.

Lunchtime Walkers And Snowshoers! (FREE)

Description: Get in shape this winter and keep your Fitness Resolutions this year! Did you know you should be walking 10,000 steps a day? Let’s enjoy the brisk winter weather, get motivated and go on a lunch time walk. All levels and abilities welcome. We will go over warming up, fitness walking and have a fun time getting you re-energized for the rest of the day! We will walk rain, snow or shine so please bring proper winter gear. Even if you can only walk for a half hour, you are encouraged to join the group! Prizes will be awarded to the most dedicated walkers!!

Lunchtime “Stretch & Strength” NEW!

Get ready for a great lunchtime workout. In this class you will explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga as we flow through a fun, accessible and very affordable practice. Regardless of your flexibility or fitness level, this lunch time yoga will help you get a great workout, become more mindful of your body and revitalize your mind! Make your lunch hour a healthy one!

Fit-Kit - Boxilates (NEW!)

This Fit -Kit class will consist of a combination of both Kickboxing and Mat Pilates. This fused class will give you a strong core as well as a complete cardiovascular workout. The stronger your core, the stronger your kicks and punches will be. You will strengthen your core, get a great cardio workout and learn self-defense moves! This class offers a perfect combo to add to your workout routine.

Fit Kit Gravity Training (New!)

This Fit - Kit class will amplify and fast track results. Gravity training encompasses strength, endurance and cardio workouts. Class utilizes the Total Gym, Pilates machine, Bosu ball, to produce excellent results. Exercises are performed at different inclines to work the muscles using your own body’s resistance. This class is guaranteed to keep you motivated and in shape while having fun!

Fit Kit Gliding Express

This 30 minute super intense, low impact class lets you use your entire body for a strength and conditioning workout while using mini gliders that glide over carpet at your feet. Hand weights are also used for upper body. All Levels are welcome! This class offers a great workout to kick start your morning and keep you motivated all day long.
