Greco Named Incoming President and CEO of The First National Bank of Suffield
Succeeds Viggiano, who retires in June

Nancy Viggiano, President and Chief Executive Officer of The First National Bank of Suffield, is pleased to announce that Joseph J. Greco has been selected to assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank upon her retirement, slated for June 2, 2017. Mr. Greco will begin working alongside Ms. Viggiano on March 20.
With more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance at public banking companies throughout the Northeast, Mr. Greco most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Southern Connecticut Bancorp (SCB), a NYSE company. His responsibilities there included orchestrating the sale of the company to a larger regional bank in Connecticut. Prior to his work at SCB, Mr. Greco was Chief Executive Officer of First Litchfield Financial Corporation for close to ten years. He was also recently employed by Connecticut Online Computer Center, Inc. (COCC), where he promoted the company’s banking technology systems throughout the North Atlantic.
Additionally, Mr. Greco has served as Chairman of both the Connecticut Bankers Association and the Connecticut Community Bankers Association. He has also served on two national committees of the American Bankers Association.

Mr. Greco resides in Litchfield with his wife, Lori.
