Oliver Named Senior Vice President at The First National Bank of Suffield
The First National Bank of Suffield names David Oliver Senior Vice President and Head of Retail and Small Business Banking

Joseph Greco, President and Chief Executive Officer of The First National Bank of Suffield, is pleased to announce that David Oliver has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Head of Retail and Small Business Banking. Mr. Oliver will be responsible for leading the Bank’s retail branch network, consumer and residential lending and small business banking efforts.
“Mr. Oliver possesses banking experience that is both deep and broad,” said Mr. Greco. “We are happy to welcome him and look forward to exchanging ideas as we work toward providing even more personal banking service to our customers.”
Mr. Oliver brings more than twenty years of experience in the areas of consumer banking, consumer and residential lending, small business banking, marketing and professional development. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Windsor Federal Savings and Loan Association; Senior Vice President and Head of Retail & Small Business Banking at The Bank of Southern Connecticut in New Haven; and Vice President and Head of Retail & Small Business Services at The First National Bank of Litchfield. He has spoken nationally on the subject of training and successful implementation of the Universal Banker program at the American Bankers Association Retail Marketing Conference and at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Endicott College, in Beverly, Massachusetts. Currently an Advisory Board member of the American Bankers Association Marketing Conference, he has served on a number of civic and elected boards in the past. David lives in Litchfield with his wife and five children.
