Friends and Family Bowling Nights
Real fun – real value! Get your friends and family together for some real fun this spring. This program offers great exercise and fun while participants make new friends. Each week participants will bowl three games and have a blast. You must pre-register and pre-pay before the deadline. We ask everyone to wear a facemask while not eating and check their temperature before coming to class and if you have a temperature, over 100 please do not come to class. Please do not come to class if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Yoga Zoom Classes!
Fitness Friday Yoga Sampler - NEW Zoom Program
Have you ever wanted to try Yoga and see what it is all about? This class is for you. Keep your 2021 resolutions, and make some time for yourself all from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy all the benefits of Yoga in a fun and friendly environment as we practice and enjoy a healthy, strengthening and de-stressing Vinyasa Yoga workout for a fun Friday afternoon lunchtime workout. There will be a strong focus on proper alignment and linking movement to one’s breath to ultimately promote flexibility, increase mobility, build strength, balance and relieve stress. All Levels are welcome including beginners.

Energizing Winter Vinyasa Flow – NEW Zoom Saturday Morning Program
This new energizing Vinyasa yoga flow that will kick start your Saturday morning and inspire you to move through the rest of the weekend with intention and ease from the comfort of your own home. There will be a strong focus on proper alignment and linking movement to one’s breath to ultimately promote flexibility, increase mobility, build strength, balance and relieve stress. This flow will end with a sprinkle of core work and a final relaxation that will leave you ready to take on your day. This practice is a one- hour class and has been designed for all levels-from beginners to seasoned Yogis.

Spring Steppers, Walkers, Runners and Strollers
Do you want to get in shape, stay motivated and get some spring back in your step? Are you tired of trying to fit your daily steps in but have excuses of not being able to walk because of lack of time, safety and also not wanting to walk alone? Join our group and make new walking friends and get in shape at the same time. We will go over warming up, fitness walking and have a fun time getting you re-energized for the rest of the day. We will walk rain or shine so please bring proper gear. Even if you can only walk for a half hour, you are encouraged to join the group. Prizes will be awarded to the most dedicated walkers. All ages and abilities welcome including parents with strollers and seniors. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and wear and bring a facemask and water bottle.

Gloom to Glam Skincare Tips for Spring and Summer
Are you looking for a new way to update your look and get some healthy skin care tips? Join us for an evening of fun while learning basic skincare and make up tricks that will give you a healthy new glow with a natural look. The class will cover skincare, sunscreen care, foundations, contouring, highlighting and a variety of ways to improve your skin with a fresh new look! Sarah will also discuss and give sample recipes for natural healthy skin care/face masks and keeping your skin healthy and hydrated during the pandemic. Sunrise Park Spring Hiking Workshop
Join Reach Your Summit and the Town of Suffield for a one of a kind fun, interactive workshop going over all you need to know about day hiking basics in the Nutmeg state. This workshop will go over important trip planning information and Leave No Trace Principles. Hear stories, learn tips and enjoy a show-n-tell of gear that can help make your day hiking experiences better with, Reach Your Summit guide and owner, Mat Jobin's first-hand experience from guiding groups for over 12 years and tackling solo pursuits and thru hikes. Following the workshop, there will be a short guided hike in beautiful Sunrise Park for all levels and abilities. Please be sure to bring a water, wear proper hiking footwear, face mask and dress in layers.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
Planet Protectors Earth Day Re-cycled and Re-purposed Art Party
Children will have an enjoyable afternoon while designing original craft creations. We will make a variety of fun Spring Earth Day craft projects and turn recycled items including cards and calendars into beautiful treasures in this fun and creative class. Please have your child bring or wear an old T-shirt/clothes to class. A snack will be provided

Outdoor/Indoor Games and Challenge Fun
Children will have a blast in this new Spring Games and Challenge program. Speed, strength, confidence and agility will all be developed and improved while children have a terrific time playing a variety of motivating team building games. Obstacle courses, relay races and adventure based games will all be incorporated to this fast paced and very fun class.

Pre-School Playtime and Fitness Fun (Pre-Schooler with a Caregiver)
Do you want to get fit and have fun while making new friends with your child? Pre-schoolers and their parent/caregiver will participate in a variety of fun and interactive activities that help keep your family fit while helping to develop balance, flexibility, gross motor skills, with music and movement. This class is a ton of fun and a great workout too.

ADULT PROGRAMS
Grin and “Barre It”
Join in on all the fun and get a great workout in our Barre inspired program. Are you looking for a great program that incorporates Yoga, Pilates and Aerobics in a super fun way? This class is for you! The Barre portion of this class incorporates specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. The “MIX” portion of this class will add strength training and cardiovascular fitness using dumbbells and other equipment at the studio. Please be sure to wear sneakers.

Outdoor Powerburn Workout
Get an incredible workout in this fun high intensity step class. Class is designed to help build lean muscle while burning tons of fat all while having a blast. It is a total body cardio and strength workout. Combining step, HIIT, and dumbbells, this ultimate thirty-minute workout will get and help keep you in shape. Come get your heart pumping and the calories burning with a personal trainer. Beginners to Advanced are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and wear and bring a facemask, water bottle and a Yoga Mat.

Spring Tabata Bootcamp Challenge - NEW Outdoor Program
You will have a blast in this ultimate calorie burning high intensity class. Tabata is a form of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) that alternates between twenty seconds of intense bursts of work and ten seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave class. All fitness levels are welcome. We will be getting a great workout in while social distancing and exercising outside at the beautiful Bruce Park Pavilion. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and wear and bring a facemask, water bottle and a Yoga Mat.

Feel the Burn with Barre Workout
Join us for our fun and new Barre Program on Saturday mornings and get fit! This Barre Above® class is a unique approach to barre workouts as you have seen them. This program is a fusion of the best of Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. This class will help you see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance. This program will help you obtain a body awareness and confidence that you may not have had before all while making new friends.

Spring Themed Outdoor Exercise and Walk Event - FREE (Bowling Buddies Group and Friends)
Have a fun time with your friends getting ready for spring while and getting some great exercise and listen to some uplifting music. All abilities welcome.
