The Emergency Aid Association is collecting backpack contents for the “Return-to-School Backpack Program” to assist low-income families with school age children in Suffield. Spiral notebooks, one-inch and two-inch 3-ring binders, pencils, colored pencils, pens, calculators, ear buds, page dividers, rulers, glue sticks, glue, erasers, pencil sharpeners, highlighters, scissors, index cards, folders, ruled paper, and pencil pouches are requested. We also need dry erase markers and dry erasers as well as Post It notes. Monetary donations are also welcome to provide for additional needs. If you can help, please drop off your donations by August 13, 2018 to the EAA located at 450 South Street in Suffield. Other drop off locations include Highland Park Market, the Suffield Post office in the center of Town and the library at Ffyler Place. The EAA thanks you, as always, for supporting our mission.
