SUFFIELD, CT — The Town of Suffield welcomes three new employees: John Spencer, Chief of Services for the Suffield Volunteer Ambulance Association; Alex Kaminski, Chief Operator of the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA); and Francine Aloisa, Interim Director of Kent Memorial Library (KML). “I am delighted these important leadership positions are filled by such strong candidates,” stated Suffield First Selectwoman Melissa M. Mack, “it’s a great way to begin the new year.”
Spencer most recently worked as Operations Supervisor at American Medical Response in West Hartford, CT. A paramedic since 2006, the new Chief previously served as Regional Emergency Medical Services Coordinator for the Department of Public Health where he assisted in the development of the State of Connecticut 2016 Patient Care Guidelines. Spencer replaces much-respected Chief Art Groux who retired to Vermont.
