The Town of Suffield is looking for a new facilities manager, according to a listing on its website.

The full-time job includes responsibilities like:

  • Supervising preventative maintenance programs for buildings and properties
  • Helping the Public Works Director create a budget
  • Coordinating special building renovation projects
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering or management, five years in facilities management and three years supervising in either construction or building maintenance.

The yearly salary is $60,000.
