Suffield Keeps Lofty Ranking in Latest Girls Soccer Poll

SUFFIELD, CT — The first four spots remained unchanged in the weekly Class LL/L high school girls soccer poll, with Ridgefield collecting all five first-place votes for the second straight week.

The Tigers, defending Class LL champions, started the season by shutting out their first seven opponents by a cumulative score of 27-0. Staples, Suffield and St. Joseph maintained spots two through four.

In Classes M/S, Notre Dame-Fairfield moved into the top spot ahead of Granby Memorial, with Immaculate and North Branford rounding out the top four.
