'Very Cool Valentines' in Suffield
The town's parks and recreation department is offering a Valentine program for students; registration closes soon.
The Suffield Parks & Recreation Department is offering a ‘Very Cool Valentines’ program for grade school students.
Children in grades 1 through 5, will be able to make a variety of creative Valentine crafts and edible goodies. The session will be held from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9 at the McAlister School Cafeteria. Children should bring or wear an old T-shirt/clothes to class. A snack will be provided.
Enrollment is limited. Registration Deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 4 or when the program is full.

The fee is $12; non-residents: $17.
The Suffield Parks & Recreation Department recently launched a new on-line registration program. Log on to SuffieldRec.com and set up your account. This new system will allow you to register for programs at your convenience and lets you pay with a credit card.
