West Suffield Nurse Disciplined By State: Report

SUFFIELD, CT — The state Board of Examiners for Nursing recently disciplined several nurses, including a nurse from West Suffield, for various violations, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.

Bonnie Phillips of the Connecticut Health I-Team reports the LPN license of Dianne Mealy was reprimanded and placed on probation for six months for failing to start life-sustaining treatment and CPR on a patient at Parkway Pavilion Rehabilitation Center in Enfield last year.
