From Kent Memorial Library: Julie Boglischc, a Windsor Locks resident, recently published her book, the first in a series. She will discuss her book at the Kent Memorial Library, 61 Ffyler Place, on Wednesday, June 28 at 7:00 p.m. Here is the summary of the book: It has been 40 years since America closed its borders and separated from the world following the Vietnam War.
