3 East Haddam Students Arrested For Taking 'Inappropriate' Photos
Three Nathan Hale-Ray High School students were arrested for allegedly taking inappropriate photos of female students.
EAST HADDAM, CT - Three male students at Nathan Hale-Ray High School have been arrested on charges that they took inappropriate photos of female students. The photos were voyeuristic "upskirt" type images, according to WTNH.
WFSB reported that a letter went out to parents stating that the accused students had been "engaging in inappropriate behavior in the classroom involving the taking of secretive, non-consensual photographs of female students."
Superintendent Brian Reas said the school notified police of the incident, which led to an investigation and the subsequent arrests, NBC reported.

Reas characterized the behavior as "illegal, intolerable, and inappropriate," stating that the school has a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior.
The school is providing counseling to students who feel victimized, according to NBC.
