Ann Harter Named Town Of Haddam Finance Director

I’m pleased to announce Ann Harter has accepted our offer of employment and will be Haddam’s new Finance Director starting on Monday, April 5th. Ann has many years of municipal finance experience. She spent 27 years in the City of Newington’s finance department; 17 as the Deputy Finance Director and 10 as the Finance Director. I’m looking forward to adding her expertise to our staff.
