Clam Chowder Sale Taking Place in Haddam on Memorial Day
The Haddam Volunteer Fire Co. Auxiliary's clam chowder sale will take place following the Memorial Day parade 2016.
The Haddam Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary will hold their annual clam chowder sale on Monday, May 30. This event is held across from the town green, immediately following the Memorial Day parade.
A cup of chowder is $3; a quart will be sold for $8. Quarts may be ordered in advance by calling 860-345-8245 and they must be picked up by 11 a.m. in the kitchen at Station One.
The chowder is made fresh prior to the parade by HVFCo. members and Junior Division members.
