The show will feature performances from Connecticut dance companies including, Sonia Plumb Dance, Vivid Ballet, Ballroom Dancin’ Fools, River Valley Dance Project and Moxie Dance. Students from The Dance Corner Company will also perform. All proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Child Life Department at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital.
Child Life at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital helps children cope with the adjustments of being in a hospital by providing a variety of play experiences. These activities help both children and families gain a greater understanding of medical procedures, which helps reduce stress and fear of the unknown. Money raised by this concert will directly benefit pediatric patients at Yale.
