East Haddam Man Arrested For Pointing Gun At Boaters: Report

A local man was charged after he allegedly pointed a gun at boaters Friday.

EAST HADDAM, CT — An East Haddam man was arrested on allegations that he pointed a gun at fellow boaters during an incident Friday on the Connecticut River, according to The Middletown Press. Matthew Graillat, 32, was charged with first-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Graillat allegedly pointed the firearm during a verbal altercation. Police seized 11 firearms from his boat in a subsequent investigation.
