The First HKHS And Killingworth Library Student Art Show, Silent Auction Begins May 24

All students participating in the art show will be eligible for a drawing for a single $500 scholarship from the library.

Killingworth Library is pleased to announce the first joint HKHS and Killingworth Library Student Art Show and Silent Auction! All pieces of art on display by our very talented students will be for sale, with proceeds donated to the library. The art show and silent auction will take place at Killingworth Library from Monday, May 24 – Saturday, June 5 during the library’s normal operating hours.

All students participating in the art show will be eligible for a drawing for a single $500 scholarship from the library. A Best in Show prize will also be awarded, with the dollar amount subject to the silent auction proceeds (minimum prize amount $100). Both the Best in Show and scholarship winner will be announced on June 5.

Students interested in participating should contact one of the following HKHS Arts Instructors: Jason Cannan, Betsy Himmelman, Megan Martin.
