EAST HADDAM, CT- Start your spring with tunes from the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll! Goodspeed Musicals in association with Artists Lounge Live (An Unforgettable Nat King Cole Christmas) present Elvis My Way starring Brandon Bennett. This dynamic concert will pay homage to the incomparable icon Elvis Presley in a hit-filled, rockin’ evening of storytelling and song March 13 – 15, 2020 at The Goodspeed in East Haddam, CT.
The electrifying Brandon Bennett (Chicago’s Million Dollar Quartet) does the impossible, delivering a spine-tingling Elvis tribute that is fresh, powerful, and right on time. With his authentic southern charm, glorious voice, and powerful moves Bennett was named “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” by Elvis Presley Enterprises at Graceland. His breathtaking retrospective traverses the King's career: from the Rock n’ Roll nativity of the 50s, to the iconic comeback of the 60s, to the legendary lounge acts of the 70s. Hits include “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Can’t Help Falling In Love,” “Suspicious Minds,” and many more.

Performances will be Friday, March 13 at 7:30pm; Saturday, March 14 at 3pm and 7:30pm; Sunday, March 15 at 2pm and 6:30pm. Tickets $40-$50. Tickets are available through the Box Office (860.873.8668), open seven days a week, or online at goodspeed.org
Renowned Elvis tribute artist Brandon Bennett starred as Elvis Presley in Chicago’s long-running smash hit musical Million Dollar Quartet. He also won acclaim starring in the Montreal company of The Elvis Story. Bennett headlines his powerful act Elvis My Way around the world for concerts, festivals, cruises, commercials, and casinos. Television appearances include The Late Show with David Letterman, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, and American Hot Rod. A native son of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, Brandon’s southern roots, God-given talent, and natural resemblance to The King of Rock 'n Roll allow him to uniquely evoke the unmistakable essence of Elvis's charm onstage. He has been honored to sing alongside music legends such as The Jordanaires, DJ Fontana, and The Sweet Inspirations, as well as open for Diamond Rio, Ronnie Millsap, and Chuck Berry. Artists Lounge Live shows are created by husband and wife team Michael Ingersoll and Angela Ingersoll. Michael starred as Nick Massi of the Four Seasons in Jersey Boys, launching the original San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago casts. He also started retro-rock vocal group Under the Streetlamp; touring internationally, recording, and co-starring in multiple concert specials on PBS. Angela is an Emmy-nominated actress who headlines concert stages nationwide in Get Happy: Angela Ingersoll Sings Judy Garland, as seen on PBS. She won acclaim portraying Garland in the play End of the Rainbow, including Chicago’s Jeff Award and LA Times Woman of the Year in Theatre. The couple reside in Chicago.
