Haddam Man Operated Drug Factory: Middletown PD
Officers charged a man with operating a drug factory after finding several THC products, police said.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Haddam man was arrested after he was found possession of several thousand dollars worth of marijuana products, according to police.
An officer made a traffic stop Feb. 15 after a car went through a red light, police said. The operator gave police permission to search the vehicle.
Inside police found highly pure butane THC oil in several containers worth more than $3,500, 50 small clear zip baggies that contained marijuana worth more than $4,200, THC-containing liquid drinks and 24 bags of marijuana candy worth more than $1,000, police said.

Jasper Panzera, 22, of Haddam was charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, operating a drug factor and possession of more than four ounces of marijuana along with other charges. He was held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
