Killingworth House Fire Shuts Down State Road
Emergency crews are battling the fire Monday morning.
KILLINGWORTH, CT - Part of Route 148 is closed due to a house fire on Jay Dowd Road Monday morning, The New Haven Register reported. The road is closed from Route 79 to Country Road.
The fire is the result of severe thunderstorms moving through the area, according to The Register.
