Geraldine "Geri" Fay Kasiski

Geraldine (O’Leary) Fay Kasiski, 71, of Higganum, CT, formerly of Northampton, MA, wife of William Kasiski, died peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday May, 31, 2016 at Middlesex Hospital, Middletown, CT, after suffering with a long illness.

She was born in Northampton, MA, daughter of the late Emmett and Frances (Poleto) O’Leary. Geri was a devoted nurse to the elderly for most of her career.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, William Fay and his wife Randi of Shrewsbury, MA, daughters, Jody Fay and her husband Lionel Pina of Stamford, CT, Nicole Fay and her husband Glenn Bundy of Grove City, OH, a sister, Frances Gallagher and her husband Frank of North Branford, CT, five grandchildren, Alex, Anna and Aiden Bundy, Jamie and Shane Fay, several nieces and nephews, and her grand dog, Sanford. She was predeceased by her first husband, William Fay and her brother Patrick O’Leary.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday (June 4th), Geri’s birthday, at 12 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Elm St., Middletown, CT. Friends may call Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown, CT.
