Region 17 Superintendent Resigns, Takes New Job: Report

The superintendent of the Haddam-Killingworth district will resign to accept a new position.

HADDAM, CT — Howard Thiery, the superintendent for Region 17 schools for the last nine years, will resign to accept a position in the Burlington-Harwinton regional education system, according to The Middletown Press. Thiery praised the district's staff, faculty, and leadership in a resignation announcement.
