On board to promote the independent retirement, assisted living, and memory care community's culture of kindness, caring and respect

Cathy Carter has joined The Saybrook at Haddam's independent retirement, assisted living, and memory care community as director of community outreach. She comes to the Saybrook at Haddam with a wealth of marketing, public relations and communications experience, and will work to promote the community's overall culture of kindness, caring and respect for residents.
Carter will help increase the visibility and awareness of this premier senior residence and memory care neighborhood throughout the region. She held similar roles at Bridges at Lake Whitney independent and assisted living community in Hamden, Conn., and at The Bradley Home senior residence and skilled nursing center in Meriden, Conn.
"We are so fortunate to have Cathy become the 'face' of The Saybrook at Haddam," Kathy Ryan, executive director of senior community, said. "She has great energy and enthusiasm, and wonderful ideas that will keep the local community up to date on all of our services and activities and maintain our high occupancy rate."
