3 Arrested At East Lyme Motels On Prostitution, Drug Charges
Police said they have responded to 354 calls for service and made 20 arrests at Flanders Road motels this year.
EAST LYME, CT — Police said that they have responded to 354 calls from hotels on Flanders Road this year, resulting in 20 arrests. This includes at least five Narcan uses for individuals overdosing.
Police recently arrested three people recently and said more arrests are expected.
Shannon Harmon, 48, of 55 East Haddam Road in Salem, was arrested on two counts of prostitution, two counts of possession of illegal narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

Police said she was arrested at the Starlight Inn where they found fentanyl, crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside a room.
Tori Leclerc, 26, of 76 Heather Lane in Windsor Locks, was arrested on a prostitution charge. She was also arrested at the Starlight Inn.

Kacie Rando, 35, of 16 Riverdale Landing in Old Lyme, was arrested on charges of prostitution, possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found at Motel 6 in possession of fentanyl.
"The crimes occurring have contributed significantly to the drug use, disturbances and other criminal complaints occurring at these locations," police said in a statement.
