4 Arrested On Drug Charges In East Lyme
Police arrested four men on drug charges last week.
EAST LYME, CT — Four men were arrested on drug charges Thursday, according to East Lyme police.
In one incident, Jeremy Baxter, 36, and Jonathan Nucci, 34, both of 70 Smith St. in Niantic, were arrested on a warrant.
Baxter was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, three counts of possession of narcotics, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Baxter was held on $100,000 bond and will appear in New London Superior Court.
Nucci was charged with four counts of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a hallucinogen.

He was released on $50,000 bond.
While taking Baxter into custody, police made two additional arrests on Pennsylvania Avenue. Frederick Wardwell, 26, of 145 Kittemaug Road in Uncasville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension. He was released on $2500 bond.
Christopher Lloret, 39, of 59 Plantsdam Road in East Lyme, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,000 bond.
