East Lyme Business Devastated By Fire
The second-alarm blaze ripped through an East Lyme business over the weekend.
EAST LYME, CT — A fire Saturday morning has reportedly devastated an East Lyme business, according to WTNH News-8. Firefighters dealt with a second-alarm blaze at Atlantic Building Products (ABP) on Boston Post Road, which started around 11:30 a.m.
Mutual aid was called in to deal with the powerful flames, which were visible from miles away. Two ABP employees were in the business and escaped safely when the fire started, WTNH reported.
It's unclear how the fire started and the state fire marshal is investigating.
