East Lyme Improves Standing In Boys Basketball Poll

The top two and bottom three teams from last week's poll kept their spots, while the other five positions shuffled.

EAST LYME, CT — The top 10 teams in last week's high school boys basketball poll remained the same in the most recent balloting, but positions 3 through 7 featured a shuffling of spots.

Sacred Heart collected 17 of 20 first-place votes to remain atop the rankings, with East Catholic receiving the other three top nods to maintain second. Bassick and Notre Dame-West Haven each moved up a spot from last week.

East Lyme also gained a spot, moving up to sixth in this week's voting.

Here are the top 10, with last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other teams receiving votes.
