Heat Advisory Issued For The Lymes This Week

EAST LYME, CT — A Heat Advisory has been issued for virtually all of Connecticut, including The Lymes, from late Tuesday morning into Wednesday night, according to the National Weather Service and a post on the East Lyme Public Safety Department's Facebook page.

The heat index during the period is expected to exceed 100 degrees, and the department urges residents to take precautions if you must venture outside.
