Long-time Old Lyme Resident Joins Halloran Sage

Michael McPherson, long-time resident of Old Lyme, recently joined the Connecticut law firm, Halloran Sage. Michael practices Appellate Law, Health Care Law and Insurance Defense. He earned his JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and his BS from the University of Connecticut.

Michael provides counsel and trial advocacy to insurance companies and health care providers on a broad range of issues, including insurance coverage, civil rights, product liability, medical malpractice litigation, health care law, and state and federal privacy laws (HIPAA). He also advocates for clients seeking to reverse or uphold the outcome of a trial, possessing the discrete knowledge and skills required to win on appeal.
