Lyme Land Trust Offers 'For The Love Of Nature ‘Forest Bathing’ Walk' On February 14

Participation in the walk is limited; registration is required; social distancing guidelines will be observed.

On Sunday, Feb. 14, at 2:00 p.m., the Lyme Land Trust (LLT) will offer “For the Love of Nature ‘Forest Bathing’ Walk” in the Brockway-Hawthorne Preserve – a one-mile walk that concludes with a wild-foraged tea ceremony.

“Forest bathing” is a practice that invites people to engage with nature and take in the restorative health benefits of being in the forest. Participation in the walk is limited; registration is required; social distancing guidelines will be observed. The cost is $30 per person; LLT members receive a 15% discount with code LLT15.
